Freedom to Move Act – Bans mileage taxes & gov’t tracking of your driving. Permanently. Your car, your miles, your business.

No DEI – Closes DEI loopholes in gov’t/public school hiring & promotion. Merit-based reward. “DEI” concepts and language can’t be used to get around existing law.

AZ Secure Elections Act – Citizen-only voting, Voter ID req to vote. Bans foreign $$ in elections. Stronger than Florida's very effective election law. All AZ Legislature D's voted NO.

Grocery Tax < 2% – Caps grocery sales tax at 2% or less across AZ. A very regressive tax that hits low-income Arizonans hardest.

Drug Cartels – Designates drug cartels what they are: Terrorist Organizations. Req full AZ resources to combat. No American opposes this, but all AZ Leg D's voted NO on this prop.

No Boys in Girls Bathrooms – Bans biological males (as defined at birth) in girls' sports, locker rooms & bathrooms. No normal person opposes this, but all AZ Leg D's voted NO.

Traffic Camera Ban – Bans photo radar / red-light cams. Existing cams req voter approval. Prop 319 does not ban Flock cameras (crime surveillance) - only traffic violation cameras.

Spend on Teachers – Require 60%+ of operational school budgets to be spent in classroom on teachers and students, not for more "administrators".

0.2% Jail Tax – Renews tax for 20 yrs., the 0.2% sales tax that funds MC jails ($300M/yr rev). If not passed, the fund must come from somewhere, like property taxes.
