1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CrimsonSaguaro.org website (the “Site”), operated by CrimsonSaguaro PAC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“you” or “the user”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Site. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. About CrimsonSaguaro PAC

CrimsonSaguaro PAC is a political action committee organized under CrimsonSaguaro LLC, located at 100 Easy Street #2008, Carefree, AZ 85377. Our mission is to educate and guide voters—primarily in the northeast valley of Phoenix, including Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Carefree, Cave Creek, Anthem, and the Deer Valley area—by providing independent voting recommendations for elections. Our recommendations are developed through our own research, analysis, and editorial judgment. CrimsonSaguaro PAC does not donate funds to any political candidate, campaign, or party.

3. Nature of Content and Disclaimer

All content published on the Site, including but not limited to voting recommendations, candidate evaluations, policy analyses, blog posts, email newsletters, and event listings, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Our voting recommendations represent the independent opinions of CrimsonSaguaro PAC and do not constitute official endorsements by any government body, agency, or political party. Voters are strongly encouraged to conduct their own research and exercise independent judgment when casting their ballots.
 

The content on this Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CrimsonSaguaro PAC makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any content on the Site. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or any outcomes resulting from your reliance on Site content.

4. Donations

CrimsonSaguaro PAC accepts voluntary financial contributions from individuals who wish to support our mission. By making a donation through the Site, you represent and warrant the following:
 

  • You are making this donation of your own free will and with your own personal funds.

  • You are not a candidate for public office who is currently seeking or may seek a recommendation from CrimsonSaguaro PAC.

  • You are not acting as a representative, agent, or surrogate of any political candidate, campaign, or officeholder.

  • You are not a politically motivated organization, political party, super PAC, 501(c)(4), or any entity seeking to influence the editorial independence of CrimsonSaguaro PAC’s voting recommendations.

  • Your donation complies with all applicable federal, state, and local campaign finance laws and regulations.
     

CrimsonSaguaro PAC reserves the right to refuse or return any donation that, in our sole discretion, may compromise our editorial independence, create a conflict of interest, or violate applicable law. All donations are used solely to support the operations and mission of CrimsonSaguaro PAC. Donations are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions. CrimsonSaguaro PAC does not donate funds to any political candidate, campaign, or party.

5. Email Subscription and Communications

The Site offers users the opportunity to subscribe to email communications from CrimsonSaguaro PAC. By subscribing, you consent to receive periodic emails including voting recommendations, political analysis, event notifications, and other content related to our mission. You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in every email or by contacting us directly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos (including the CrimsonSaguaro name and logo), images, videos, and software, is the property of CrimsonSaguaro PAC or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent. Limited, non-commercial use of Site content is permitted provided appropriate attribution is given to CrimsonSaguaro PAC.

7. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree that you will not:
 

  • Misrepresent CrimsonSaguaro PAC’s voting recommendations as official government endorsements or as the positions of any candidate or political party.

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, its servers, systems, or databases.

  • Transmit any viruses, malware, spyware, or other harmful or disruptive code through the Site.

  • Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar technology to access, collect, or index data from the Site without express written permission.

  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the experience of other users.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by CrimsonSaguaro PAC. We provide these links for convenience and informational purposes only. CrimsonSaguaro PAC does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party site. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CrimsonSaguaro PAC, CrimsonSaguaro LLC, and their officers, directors, volunteers, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your access to or use of the Site, including but not limited to reliance on any voting recommendations, content, or information provided on the Site. 10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CrimsonSaguaro PAC, CrimsonSaguaro LLC, and their officers, directors, volunteers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such finding shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CrimsonSaguaro PAC regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
